High Prairie Home Inspections

Spencer is very thorough and personable, the two most important traits I look for when choosing a home inspector. As a real estate broker for 18 years, I have interacted with more inspectors than I can recall. They all had different levels of competency and people skills (which are essential when it comes to explaining results of the inspection). My family just purchased a home and I had Spencer perform the inspection. As expected, he did an excellent job!
